Clove Water Cleanse

Soak 1/4 cup of cloves to 1 1/4 cup of water

Fill a Chinese soup bowl with water and put in a handful of Cloves, soak overnight. In morning take 3-4 teaspoons only (not more than 5 – please do not over do it). First thing in the morning when you brush your teeth.
